Think about it this way, behind every thought is a feeling good or bad. While there are varying degrees to "good" or "bad" feelings, there is really no in between. You are either focusing on a feeling that will either create the result you want or don't want. The more intense the feeling, the more intense the LOA will be. Feeling really good about something carries more power (or energy) than feeling somewhat neutral. Of course, the pendulum swings the other way as well; feeling really bad about something carries as much energy as feeling really good.

The future is not preordained ? you shape the future with your thoughts. Knowing this will help you to move your focus to the outcomes that you want and think positively about the future.

If you do not consciously work to create your desires, something you may not like, will take there place. It is like in nature... there is a phenomenon known as a vacuum. Now, imagine you have a glass jar where all the air has been sucked out, creating a vacuum. As soon as you open it up, whatever air that happens to be around gets sucked in. This is how life operates.

The thing is you must choose whether you want good clean oxygen, that energizes you, or do you want cigarette smoke to fill your jar. A little warning to the procrastinators out there. If you choose to ignore what is coming into your life, in nine times out of ten, it will probably be something you don't want. Here are two intertwined concepts that are important to embrace One is having freedom, the second is taking responsibility. With these two principles working in your life, you can get into a position where wealth can truly be created. "Why?", you might ask. Well, because having the freedom, is having time to pursue the necessary changes, to get your life to were you want it to be. Responsibility.... because you can't achieve freedom without owning your life.

It comes down to this, without freedom you can't pursue your own individual happiness, but without personal responsibility, you cannot have freedom. So the first thing you have to do, is make sure you are free to do what makes you happy. This really stops many people, because, they don't have the time, after the hundreds of hours per year they put into their jobs, to then put energy into their passions. This needs to change. If the world is coming to a serious crossroads, then every individual needs to reflect upon their own lives, and take serious steps to insure that their lives are the ones they want to live. I have no time,or energy for the thinking that freedom and happiness are things that need to be earned, or given as privileges. They are not. Freedom, and happiness are the paths upon which our lives are meant to naturally unfold. They are our systems of growth.

This, then means, without any doubt, that our responsibility is to insure our freedoms, and seek our happiness, as the basic meaning of being human (human being). This task set forth, is a task of balance. I'll put it this way. You need to take control of your life, but only with compassion and humility. This however, does not mean that earning your wealth and abundance has anything to do with suffering, in order to get it. These things are just waiting for you to embrace them, as they are already here. They are not things to be earned. This is not a whimsical idealist dream. It does mean work on your part, but prosperity is something you can have, by doing the work. I guarantee it.

I'd like to offer to you a way to take back control of your life. One, where your efforts will create the life you want, and to teach you how to be more aware of what creates your freedom, in the most direct, external way, which of course is money. Everyone has a different path to follow, but they all lead to the same place. And I'm not saying I have all the answers, but I do know a way to take that most important first step. That is becoming Financially Free.

They say history repeats itself, but usually not this quick. The United States is in going through a huge banking collapse not seen since the banking collapse that gave rise to the Great Depression.

In 1929, the good times in the United States came to an end. After years of tremendous personal financial wealth gains, the market corrected. This resulted in rumors of banking problems and a run on the banks that resulted in the collapse of the industry.

The Great Depression was nothing less than a brutal period in world history. Not only did the United States go through 10 years of misery, but the world did since the ties to the US economy were strong enough to create a cause and effect situation.

How did we get out of the Great Depression? The government put many different social programs in place to create jobs. These programs certainly deserve credit, but things really did not turn around until the massive output needed for World War II.

Does all this sound a little familiar? It should. The only difference is the Great Depression was fueled by stock market gains, while we have seen housing market gains. We all hope, of course, that a World War is not necessary as well.

Lehman Brothers in bankruptcy. AIG, Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae saved by the government. Merrill Lynch going for a song to Bank of America. Washington Mutual nearly failing. Is there any doubt the banking industry is a nightmare.

The Federal Reserve is the bank of last resort. It lends money to banks and keeps liquidity in the market. Well, it has been doing this and more. Combined with the government, it has pumped over 900 billion dollars into the market.

The current situation is unique. Banks are failing right and left, yet nobody says much. Why? The Fed is coming taking them over and selling them over the weekend when the news reporting is none existent. Pretty slick, eh?

Will we survive the current banking mess? It is really difficult to tell. If we do, it will primarily be the result of the Federal Reserve and Ben Bernanke.

The Porsche Elefant: Not a Used Car

The reputation of the Porsche has come a long way since 1931. During the Second World War, Porsche lost the bid on the contract to build the massive Elefant tank. Though he lost the bid, his firm was contacted to help design the super tank. The Elefant was perhaps the best designed and most massive tank of the war. Porsche AG chasses were later created for the Ferdinand series tanks that used 300 horse powered engines, and 100 mm of extra armor plate, which added five more tons of weight to each tank. The Ferdinand/Elefant may have been the most successful tank during the war due to its greater protection ratio, and its superior firepower. These facets gave the tank noted advantages over other tanks, though its weight and the general lack of replacement parts would not allow the Germans to field a substantial force of them.

And after the war Porsche continued to use the technology used in the building of the Elefant tanks to begin building a line of reliable automobiles. These standards are still used today in the production of all their vehicles. Porsche is now the world's leading luxury automobile manufacturer. Since Ferdinand Porsche designed the Volkswagen Beetle first the two companies always retained a very close relationship with each other but eventually merged into one company in 1969.
